ECOSOCIALISM AND JUSTICE

Since I've been called to jury duty, I've forced myself to reexamine the principles of "justice" upon which the US supposedly rests its legal system

Do we really do anyone "justice" by sending them to prison?

Is there really any point in imprisonment at all?

How shall we deal with the real crimes of our society -- hoarding, cruelty, etc.?
