Meanwhile, the Bush Team goes gallivanting around the world, proclaiming regime changes right and left, asking for a global police force... of course it won't work as a global empire -- they find a defenseless country, conquer it, attempt to intimidate everyone else, and move on, having forgotten what they'd conquered... more evidence that global governance will have to take another form than governance by the American Godzilla...
